Watch what follows the circles and estimate each time how likely a star is to appear
This is a solo practice run: your results stay in this browser tab and are never sent anywhere. To contribute to a class result, join a live session with a code instead.
This task is new to Classperiment and has not yet been fully tested. Issues may occur in the procedure or scoring. The expected effect may also fail to appear reliably.
Task time: 4–6 min
Watch what happens after the circles. For each circle, estimate how likely it is that a star appears afterwards. You learn the relations from the events on the screen. The events do not depend on your answer.
Tap or click one of the eleven percentages from 0 to 100 %, or move to it with the arrow keys and press Enter. Your first choice counts.
In a classroom session, the explanation and results appear after the instructor releases them.
