This task is new to Classperiment and has not yet been fully tested. Issues may occur in the procedure or scoring. The expected effect may also fail to appear reliably.
Task time: about 4.5 min
A string of characters appears in the middle in one of four colours. Decide by its font colour. What the string says does not matter for your answer. Respond as fast and as accurately as you can. The four colours and their keys always stay the same.
F = Blue, G = Green, H = Orange, J = Violet. Place your fingers on these keys before you start.
We first practise 16 responses with ####. Then three short blocks with words follow.
